Do you have insurance?

I have public liability insurance for care, custody & control, damage whilst travelling in my car and to cover your pet for any unexpected instances and DBS checked therefore you can be confident that I will look after your pet and keys as if they were my own.
How many dogs will you walk at one time?

My pack is a maximum of 5 dogs per walk, this ensures that all dogs are walked safely, minimising any conflict between dogs. I enjoy having a well balanced pack
What do you do in case of an emergency?
​
The first step is to contact you the owner, discuss the situation and sort the best plan on action together dependant on location and insurance.
If you cannot be reached, and medical attention is required, we will take your dog to the vet designated by you or the nearest to our current location.
What security measures do you have?

Your home door key will be kept secure at all times, no personal information will be shared and no key can be identified to any property. In the event of a lost or stolen key, we will advise you.
Your personal information will never be sold or discussed with any third parties. We are bound by the data protection act.
Where do you walk the dogs?
​
I enjoy taking the dogs to places with plenty of open space and woodland areas. Some of the walks include; Haresfield Beacon, Robinswood Hill & Highnam Wood.
What is your cancellation policy?
​
Terms and conditions will be sent out to you before I take your dog out for their day of fun.
What is your booking process?
​
The enquiry will be received via website or direct email, once this is received I will set up a visit to you and your pooch to check you are happy.
Once we've agreed to walk together, you will be send a questionnaire to complete and terms & conditions to sign.
Upon completion of paperwork, I will collect your pooch and give them the walk they deserve.
